I am an Independent Social Worker, Expert Witness, and Social Care Consultant specialising in adult social care, mental capacity, testamentary capacity, safeguarding, and complex Care Act practice. With extensive experience across mental health, learning disabilities, forensic services, and residential care, I bring a strong statutory and operational understanding to all areas of my work.

Through ADL Social Care Consultancy Ltd, I provide independent assessments, expert witness reporting, governance and quality assurance support, safeguarding investigations, mock CQC inspections, and consultancy services to individuals, legal professionals, providers, and organisations.

My practice is person-centred, legally robust, and grounded in evidence-based social work, with a focus on delivering clear, defensible, and high-quality outcomes.
