Independent Social Worker Expert Witness Social Care Consultant
ADL Social Care Consultancy Ltd provides specialist independent social work services across Kent, London, Essex, East Sussex, West Sussex, and Surrey. Led by a registered social worker with extensive experience in the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), safeguarding, and health and social care law, we offer high-quality, court-compliant assessments and consultancy to solicitors, families, local authorities, and care providers. Our work is evidence-based, person-centred, and fully aligned with statutory and regulatory standards.
We deliver expert mental capacity assessments (including COP3 forms and decision-specific evaluations), care reports, safeguarding investigations, CQC audit support, and a wide range of consultancy services designed to improve care quality, compliance, and outcomes.
I am an experienced and highly skilled social work professional, registered with Social Work England. My work spans statutory, private, and consultancy settings, underpinned by a commitment to high standards, legal compliance, and person-centred and strengths based practice. I collaborate with local authorities, legal professionals, and insurers to deliver expert assessments, policy frameworks, and regulatory training.
